| JHC-18S-CNC6 - Auto Parts Centerless Grinding Solution |

Engine valves are mechanical components that control the flow of gases during the internal combustion process. Grinding is essential for the proper functioning of valves and seals, as it can reduce part wear, extend service life, improve the surface finish of contact areas and enhance air-tightness.

In this case, the JHC-18S-CNC6 centerless grinding machine, equipped with automation, is designed for grinding valve stems. Technicians only need to load the workpieces into the feeding end of the guide rail, and the stop-guide structure will continuously perform stopping and guiding actions, allowing the workpieces to reach the grinding position. After grinding, the workpieces will be automatically ejected. The technicians only need to replenish the parts without waiting in front of the machine.

The centerless grinding machine can be widely used in various industries, including automotive, aerospace, motorcycle parts (transportation industry), mold manufacturing, electronic components, and medical tools.
