"Energy Saving Label in Machine Tool Industry" is organized by TMBA (Taiwan Machine Tool & Accessory Builders' Association) in conjunction with the TMTS 2024 exhibition theme. The JHPA-2003CNC Plunge Angular Cylindrical Grinding Machine is honored to be awarded the "Silver Energy Saving Label". This achievement marks a new chapter in our own journey towards sustainable energy conservation. Let's discover the energy-saving features of JHPA-2003CNC together:

• The grinding wheel spindle utilizes grease-lubricated bearings to reduce carbon emissions generated by external lubrication and cooling systems.
• The system can be set to an energy-saving standby mode during idle time to reduce motor power consumption.
Machine adopting high-efficiency energy-saving IE3 and IE4 motors
• The motors for axial movement utilize a servo system that helps to reduce energy wastage of the machine.
• The gap control system will make the machine spend less time in idle strokes. This system also reduces energy consumption during the grinding process.
• The automatic gauging device is capable of performing in-process measurements to ensure that the dimensions of workpieces meet requirements, thus preventing material defects and reducing energy waste.
• Equipped with the "Smart Energy Management System" which is beneficial for real-time monitoring of machine energy consumption and carbon emissions
