| Make Grinding More Intuitive: JHI Internal Grinder with HMI |

Under normal circumstances, operating CNC systems requires users to be familiar with Marco machining programs to execute the actions. However, Jainnher’s machines are being changed the interaction mode between users and the operating interface, aiming to enable users to quickly grasp system steps and make corresponding logical choices.

On the CNC homepage, a touch click leads to the main interface, which covers functions related to programming, machining, improvement, and common settings. Users can view process parameters, coordinates, and other relevant information on the "user operation page." They can also edit/modify existing programs and directly click on process images to set parameters for grinding or other settings. This user-friendly interface design makes CNC programming more intuitive, easier to understand, and improves efficiency for users.

The spindle head can be swiveled ±8°, making the machine ideal for large taper workpieces The feed axis combined with servo motor drive, enabling rapid displacement and precise positioning for fully automatic functions such as blind hole grinding, end face grinding and taper grinding. Versatile cyclic grinding motions include fully automatic grinding, rough grinding, dressing, fine grinding and spark-out grinding. The machine stands out for its precision, making it ideal for both mass production and small volume large-variety production.
