JHC-18S-CNC4 Centerless Long Rod Automation Solution |

Utilize a hydrodynamic bearing spindle to withstand high torsion and achieve a long and lasting life.

Utilizing a 15”CNC controller, the machine is capable of automatic grinding wheel dressing and precise automatic compensation.

The loading-unloading device is equipped with a 7” HMI, enabling easy operation and allows real-time monitoring of the process flow.

Equipped with a long rod loading-unloading device, suitable for workpieces with a maximum outer diameter of Ø20 and a length of up to 3 meters. The long rod loading-unloading device ensures consistency and stability in workpiece handling, reducing the risks compared to traditional manual adjustment. This allows operators to focus on other technical tasks.

Equipped with an automatic gauging system, it will feed back the data of the workpiece's outer diameter to the controller after grinding. This allows for real-time inspection to determine whether the workpiece meets requirements, ensuring precision and yield in the grinding process.

This solution enhances overall productivity and achieves excellent precision results through the integration of automated grinding, long rod automation, and a gauging system.
