Taking the drive shaft as an example, it possesses high hardness and excellent wear resistance characteristics. Maintaining the concentricity and cylindricity of the workpiece will have a significant effect on the stability of the final product.

The unmanned technology equipment grinding solution utilizes the JHP-35 series plunge cylindrical machine equipped with the "Smart Machine Function" offering customers a choice for high-efficiency processing, precision and sustainable operation. This solution is suitable for manufacturing high-precision components and is applicable to the technology and defense industries, including unmanned drones, boats and submarines.

JHP-35 series plunge cylindrical machine is equipped with a 510mm wide grinding wheel capable of heavy-duty grinding. The CNC program controls the feeding, dressing and compensation. Equipped with a human-machine interface enables users to operate the machine more intuitively. Use a gauging device to reduce inspection time and eliminating human-error. Use cooling systems to minimize thermal deformation and ensure machine positioning accuracy and stability.
