On display at our booth is the JHP-2003CNC plunge grinding machine:

Work head is able to rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise and 30 degrees clockwise, suitable for plunge, tapered surface and non-circular grinding

The VM25 can provide automatic wheel balancing, gap / crash detection and auto in-process gauge

To equip with robotic arms or gantry loaders to increase productivity. It’s suitable for precision grinding such as air-conditioning / refrigeration equipment industry, aerospace / automotive industries, machine tool components, precision measuring instruments, electronics, optics and medical equipment

Furthermore, the JHP-2003CNC has operator-friendly features. The CNC controller is equipped with 15" LCD and JAINNHER's self-developed human-machine interface(HMI), featuring a touch screen and graphical grinding process selection. It's allowing engineers to operate more intuitively and thus improve production efficiency.
