Machine Overview
| The Best Choice for High-Precision Mass Production: JHC-2408T Centerless Grinding with HMI |
The hydrostatic spindle on the grinding wheel can support heavy loads and perform heavy cutting. The hydrostatic bearings providing excellent support and stability while effectively reducing wear, maintaining the spindle's roundness during operation.
The grinding and regulating wheels have a symmetrical axis direction of feeding. The advantage of this design is that when the grinding and regulating wheels are worn, only a feeding correction is needed; no need to adjust the loading and unloading device. This improves production continuity and efficiency.
Choose the 10.2" HMI for intuitive and user-friendly operation. The NC program precisely controls the grinding wheel dressing, ensuring high precision and consistency throughout the grinding process.
The machine can support workpieces with a maximum outer diameter of 230 mm and can be equipped with a long bar loading-unloading device to achieve high-efficiency mass production.
Exhibition News
Although there were a few minor hiccups during the booth setup, we still had some memorable moments at IMTS 2024! The displayed JHU cylindrical machine equipped with HMI successfully captured visitors' attention and was sold on site at the exhibition. We are grateful for the assistance and support from our U.S. friend. We're also glad to have had some technical discussions with many customers from Central / South America, Asia and the Middle East. They traveled a long way to this exhibition, and it’s our honor to have had the chance to serve them.
Let’s stay in touch, and see you at next exhibition!
