Excellence Performance of Large Workpiece Processing ：
JHV-1008CNC Vertical Grinding Machine

The JHV-1008CNC vertical grinding machine takes load, speed, accuracy and stability as design principles on mechanical structure. In order to achieve above strength conditions, the design of the structural parts adopts a triangle rib as the foundation. The triangular designed rib increases the bending and the torsion rigidity in accordance with force flow. C-type machine structure can improve the straightness of X-axis and Y-axis.
The range of ID grinding is Ø50-800mm and OD Ø1000mm. Using HSK 100A spindle taper increases axial rigidity. German made hydrostatic rotary table can hold 1600kg workpiece. The grinding wheel head spindle can rotate ±30° depends on different grinding requests. Equipped with an automatic tool change system (ATC) with up to 6 grinding wheels can shorten the processing time and reduce the production cost.

Mounting the workpiece on the worktable can reduce deformation. It can also improve cylindricity and surface roughness. JHV-1008CNC is suitable for machine tools industry (as shown in the YouTube video), and the industries that require high-precision parts processing such as ship, aircraft and large transportation, energy and hydraulic components …etc.
