In addition to maintaining the workpiece accuracy, they want to shorten the time of grinding process and improve production efficiency. We propose JHD-3205 solution to meet their needs:

The main structure of machine is X ,Y ,Z three-axes feeding system and collocate with two grinding wheel spindle. The inner / outer diameter and end face grinding just in a single clamping.

Automatic rotating type of B axis is capable to grind inner / outer and inner taper.

Installed linear scale for axial motion’s positioning accuracy.

Both side dressing device are beneficial for faster dressing and reducing dressing time

Suitable for automotive, motors and other transportation, electronic/optical instruments, energy industry, precision machine tool components, air/hydraulic components, precision measuring instruments precision demands. It can save the cost compare to invest multiple machines.
