The spindle adopts bearing type structure. No need to put an external lubricating oil tank makes machine very convenient for maintenance.

Machine design adopts symmetry direction feeding in grinding and regulating wheels. The 405mm large grinding wheel is capable of heavy grinding.

CNC controls feeding, dressing and compensation. It can improve overall quality, increase productivity and minimize the manpower requirements.

To equip with our own designed large loading / unloading device, machine is capable to grind maximum diameter 230mm workpiece. There’s no need to adjust the loading / unloading device when the grinding & regulating wheels wearing.

Suitable for precision parts industry such as: mold industry, machine tool parts, shock absorbers of automotive parts, camshafts and pump shaft.

Knock knock! Let’s find out what did Jainnher do in TIMTOS x TMTS this year. There were 4 kinds of grinding machines has been displayed including
Cylindrical JHP-2003CNC, Center hole JHG-1510NC2 that is suitable to equip with robot arm, Internal JHI-150CNC with HIWIN's Intelligent 4.0 ball screw installed and high production efficiency Centerless JHC-2424T-CNC6

General Manager Mr. Lai has attended the press conference which holds by HIWIN. It's a business alliance which dedicated to “advancing smart manufacturing technology” that consists of 30 companies from machinery industry. Mr. Lai has also attended to the mid-term presentation of "Intelligent Machinery Industry" which organized by Taiwan's IDB organization. We want to provide various solutions to help customers from different industries, and to show our strong spirit of corporate sustainability.

Due to the restrictions of the epidemic, the number of domestic visitors to the site has decreased. U.S. and European distributors have connected with our sales team via video calls instead of traditional face-to-face meetings.

It's necessary to pay careful attention to the international affairs under the changeable global environment, but most of our customers are still optimistic on the potential of the market and our future cooperation.
