| JHC-18H-CNC6 Centerless Automatic Solution |

The features of hydrostatic spindle: high rotation accuracy, high rigidity, stable rotation and long service life. These advantages make JHC-18H-CNC6 centerless suitable for high precision cutting. The 6 axes include worktable, regulating wheel feed and automatic wheel dressing. Regulating wheel is driven by servo motor and has variable speeds from 10~250RPM.

Machine is equipped with vibratory parts feeder and IV vision device. Further, it’s capable of automatic wheel dressing and automatic compensation function. There’s no need to do the extra editing on the HMI program. This solution is designed according to the characteristics of workpiece and customer's grinding requirements.

With these configuration, machine is capable to do the fully automatic through feed grinding. It also improve efficiency and productivity in manufacturing. There is a wide range application on JHC centerless machine. It's suitable for both mass production and small segment difference workpiece such as rods, bars, piston pins, needle roller pin, bearings, etc.
